My mum has Alzheimer but now she is much better. Just like a miracle!

Rating 5/5 (Very Good) · Was the solution successful: Yes · Kira, Apr 06, 2022

My mum has Alzheimer and we suffered with her for years. Now I’m writing this testimonial to help others because I’m sure many go through the same.
Mum is now 81 years old. Six years ago, she started having Alzheimer and the doctor told us that there’s no cure for the disease, but we can slow its progression. So, he recommended to start taking the following medicine: Depakine, Aricept, Respal, Ebixa, and Cipralex. On top, she was also taking medicine for cholesterol and triglycerides.
My mum’s case kept deteriorating. The doctor said this is normal and he confirmed that without the medicine she is taking, she would have been much worst.
In summer 2020, I read over the internet that coconut oil might help treat Alzheimer. So, I started giving her 1 teaspoon of coconut per day thinking may be this would help.
By November 2020, my mum’s situation became very bad and for most of the time, she was not able to know who I am anymore. She would still recognize my face but she would think I’m her brother or may be her father. It was also the same for my sister, and for everyone she knew.
She also forgot our house and kept asking what is she doing here and where is this place? For her, she was remembering her parents old house and I can feel sometimes the fear in her eyes, probably thinking that I took her somewhere. It was really a horrible feeling.
She also started having great difficulty communicating. Most of the time, we were trying to guess what she wants.
In December 2020, I was going through Aposbook website and checking the list of natural cures for Alzheimer. I found a list of diets, and a list of vitamins, plus coconut oil.
I tried to start a keto diet for her, but it was impossible. She loves to eat bread and it was so difficult to deprive her from any food. So, I thought at least let me try the vitamins and see. So, I started giving her the following:
- Vitamin D: 1 one big dose that loads the body with vitamin D for a full month
- Omega 3: 2 capsules per day
- Vitamin E: 2 capsules a day (1000 mg)
- Organic Coconut butter: I was giving my mum 1 teaspoon a day, but I read over the website that she should take 3 teaspoons. So, I increased the dose.
After almost 3 or 4 months, i.e. March 2021, the results were unbelievable! We are all in shock. My mum can recognize me perfectly and she knows everyone in the family and our neighbors now. She can also have a decent conversation with us and she can even joke and be sarcastic sometimes.
I can’t really tell if it’s the coconut, or vitamin D, or omega 3 or the vitamin E that helped her. Or may be the combination of all. I don’t know. But all what I know is that she is much better now.
By the way, I kept giving her the medicine that the doctor prescribed as I’m afraid to stop them but I am sure that they are not doing her any good because when she was taking them, she was not able to remember anything nor talk.
