High intensity interval training (HIIT) for Skin Aging

High intensity interval training (HIIT) is good for skin anti-aging because it increases IGF hormone which reduces skin wrinkling. 

HIIT also increases telomerase activity and telomere length (TL) which are important proteins for cellular aging and regenerative capacity.

Make sure you don't do HIIT frequently or don't over train. Keep it short and do it 2 to 3 times a week max.
