ABOUT THIS VIDEO: Vitamin K2 may have more promise than I originally thought. I just read the book "Vitamin K2 and the Calcium Paradox" by Kate Rheaume-Bleue. The book brings up some interesting concepts about vitamin K2 which I was unaware of. Examples include osteocalcin, which appears to have a role both in calcium deposition and glucose metabolism. 

This video is the first in my series about vitamin K2.
