In this video I wrap up my examination of panic attacks by looking at the underlying mineral imbalances that can contribute to the development of panic disorder, integrating this knowledge with the material covered in the previous three videos. I go into some detail regarding the critical role of potassium and magnesium in regulating the stress response and the mechanisms via which depletion of these minerals under stress creates an imbalance in the stress response, potentially leading to panic attacks.
