In this video, we’re going to talk about the two most anti-cancer foods. If I had cancer or if I was at risk for cancer, I would definitely consume these two foods. But, in general, consuming these two foods could be a really good idea. There are other things that can help kill or prevent cancer. But, these two foods could be the most powerful and are both full-spectrum.
1. Garlic
Garlic can potentially kill certain cancer cells within 30 minutes after consuming it. There are also no known side effects.
2. Broccoli sprouts
Just 1 oz. of this stuff is equivalent to 1 1/2 pounds of broccoli. Broccoli is very anti-cancer. You can put this on your salad or even take it as a supplement.
