Vitamin D deficiency. It's a global issue. In Australia, we are looking at nearly half the population - especially those in the more southern states.
I recently came across this article, however, that blew my mind. So I HAD to make a video about it.
Turns out, low vitamin D may be a CAUSE of some cases of AUTISM!!!
