Ayurveda  helps us  to prevent Epilepsy. In  Ayurveda  it is   highly  recommended  that  one  doesn’t  skip  meals ,  one doest  do fasting, one  eats  on time, and eating well when you are  hungry,  not  eat  something, just  but  eat some5thign  solid.  So  at well this is the first  thing that Ayurveda   says in order  to prevent  seizures. Next is to prevent sleep deprivation.  As long   as you are sleeping on time, and having  a proper good  night’s  sleep  and you start feeling fresh in the morning it is a good sleep.  It is important to have a  good  night’s  sleep, in order  to prevent  seizures. Another important thing   what Ayurveda says is to prevent overexertion. Any kind   of  overexertion for  prolonged duration  can trigger up seizures. Another  thing is  Ayurveda says  use  of cold pressed oil  like sesame  oil, groundnut oil, and homemade  ghee are very god  for your brain. In ketogenic diet, a high fat diet, a diet rich in ghee is good for brain and helpful in preventing  epilepsy. So Ayurveda  as a whole helps us to live and experience  changes in our daily routine.  So this is how  Ayurveda  helps in epilepsy  cases.
