I started doing intermittent fasting and in 2 months, I lost almost 7 KG. It is amazing. I put the pictures showing my weight before and after.
When I gained weight, I tried to watch my diet and go more to the gym. So, I started eating less and going 3 times to the gym, but I wasnÃ¢ÂÂt losing weight significantly.
But when I tried intermittent fasting things changed really fast. First week, I was barely losing any weight then I started losing weight very fast. I even got more energy to workout at the gym. Not really sure why. I donÃ¢ÂÂt know if this diet boosts energy or because it makes me sleep better, not sure.

I eat normal lunch around 1:00 PM
I have light dinner around 7:00 PM, and the day I go to the gym, I eat at 9:00 PM. So overall, I do between 15 and 17 hours fasting.
It really works.
I also tried keto diet before, and results were great, but it is so difficult to maintain especially when we travel or eat outside. This one is much more convenient.
