I'm back with another weight loss update, and I decided to go on Haley Pomroy's Fast Metabolism Diet. It claims you can lose up to 20lbs in a month. This is not my first round on this diet, I have followed it many times to lose weight and it has been successful, but it is a life style change hardly a diet. I only experienced weight gain off of this diet because I stopped working out completely and ate garbage for almost 6 months. Every Week I will be updating you on my results and reporting any progress.
