Make sure you follow all labels on the product. The best part about hydrogen peroxide is that it is natural as well. That is right. Hydrogen peroxide is found in almost every cell in the human body. That technique is very effective in whitening your teeth. In my opinion this is the most credible way of bleaching your teeth at home.
So to answer the question Can baking soda whiten your teeth. The answer depends on what you use it with. I do not recommend lemon juice because of its destructive properties.
