She’s giving her followers a hint! Sister Wives star Christine Brown finally addressed all the comments from fans about her weight loss and revealed the secret to her success. She shared a new photo of herself in a dress, and the complimentary comments came in quickly. “How did you lose your weight everyone wants to know? Looking amazing,” one person wrote, and Christine replied, “I eat for my blood type and work out.” Interesting!

Clearly curious, another follower asked, “Where do you find the information on eating for your blood type?” Christine, 47, wrote back, “Just online. I’ve read about it for years and I just did it,” before she added, “And I love it!” Hey, whatever works for her!

She may be talking about the blood type diet, which the Harvard Health blog described as being based on a book, Eat Right For Your Type, by Peter D’Adamo. A naturopathic physician, the doctor claimed people could “be healthier, live longer, and achieve their ideal weight” by eating based on their blood type. “The theory behind this diet is that blood type is closely tied to our ability to digest certain types of foods,” Robert H. Shmerling, MD, wrote on the blog. But he noted, “There is no proven connection between blood type and digestion.”

Previously, the TLC star received a ton of compliments from fans on seemingly losing weight on photos she shared to Instagram. For instance, on September 10 she modeled a LulaRoe shawl with fringe in some pictures, and people replied with kind words like, “You look amazing!!” and “Arizona looks good on you.” Someone else echoed that particular comment and added, “You are looking amazing. [I] mean you have always been beautiful but Arizona seems to really agree with you.”
