What are the Signs and Symptoms of Vitamin B5 Deficiency?
Vitamin B5 - AKA pantothenate or pantothenic acid is a water soluble vitamin that is essential for human function.
vitamin B5 deficiency is a common cause of irritable bowel like symptoms. In addition, a lack of this nutrient can cause reduced immune function, adrenal burnout, fatigue, headache, and neuropathy (burning pain in feet).
