Abstract

The effects of insomnia carries along a physical and psychological state of dysfunctionality felt by the individual. The purpose of the study was to investigate the effects of a hypnotherapeutic and relaxation intervention applied in the case of patients who present anxious - depressive symptomatology and insomnia. A sample of 61 patients (Mage = 41.8; SD = 11.17) completed measures of anxiety, depression and insomnia.
