This is part 1 of "Metabolic Typing",
 Today we talk about the Protein type! Some key tips to remember about being a protein type! 
1) Eat protein and fat whenever you get a Carbohydrate. 

2) Its better to eat a meal higher in Fat and Protein 2-3 hours before bed to avoid a "SUGAR CRASH" while sleeping which will cause sweating in your sleep and wake cycles during the night.

 3) Avoid putting sugar in your coffee , instead put a fatty substance in like Heavy cream or butter! This will maintain your sugar levels and will stretch out the release of caffeine! Thanks for watching, Carbohydrate type is next!
