My daughter Kaley is 4 years old and she has a mild speech delay. At the beginning of the year she was saying 3-4 words sentences, she is now at 10-12 word sentences. I know a reason for the changes has to do with a growth spurt, but I also believe the fish oil and the books we have been using have helped too. She's currently in speech therapy.
