CINCINNATI (WKRC) - A new report from Tufts University Health and Nutrition Specialists claims that magnesium could relieve migraines.
Magnesium is found in many foods, such as bread, cereal, bananas and avocados. Magnesium is also in leafy green vegetables and sunflower seeds.
Sheri Kanarek, a registered dietitian at Saint Elizabeth Healthcare, said many people do not eat a balanced diet, which leads to missing nutrients.
It may take a while for your nutrients to build back up after not having them in your diet.
