Kim's doctor took her off hypertension medication and now recommends Eat To Live to patients  

"Last year when I went to see my doctor, my blood pressure was 172/104,. He immediately prescribed Lisinipril and Hydrochloridine (a water pill). My doctor and family told me to get used to medication because I will have to take it all my life  as my family has a history of high blood pressure.
But I knew there had to be another answer. I thought I was healthy. I was a non-meat eater for thirty years and was very in shape. I was a fitness freak: I walked and talked fitness. But, eventhough I looked healthy, I loved carbs and cheese and drank a lot  of whole milk.So I started to seek out an even more in-depth eating program.
