NOOTROPIC L-THEANINE is an amino acid found in tea leaves. It was identified by Japanese scientists in 1949. It's known to promote relaxation, fight depression & anxiety. Also it enhances cognitive function along with improved sleep quality.
L-theanine feels like meditation in a pill, the way that it can calm one down and cause them to feel present. So what's the dosage? Doses of 100mg or 200mg are common. Particularly,, when used with caffeine, l-theanine is often supplemented as a 1:2 ratio of caffeine:l-theanine, such as 100mg caffeine:200mg l-theanine. L-theanine is found in green tea although the amount is in many cases negligible compared to the amount found in a typical capsule.
