Today we’re going to talk about how to help improve eyesight, and I’m going to show you the best exercise to correct bad eyesight. If you want to be able to see close-up without glasses, this video is for you. People wear corrective glasses, but they don’t really correct anything.
They really could basically make your eyes dependent on the glasses, and then you end up needing a stronger prescription. It’s the shape of the lens that allows a person to focus on something that’s either far or near. What controls the lens in a muscle called the ciliary muscle. When the muscle contracts, you’re able to see close-up. If you can’t see close-up, you may have a problem with this muscle.
Most people spend a lot of their time looking at things close-up rather than far away. If you contract the ciliary muscle constantly to look at things close-up, the lens could become atrophied to the point where it won’t work well anymore. Something simple you could do is just go outside. Go for a walk and look at things in the distance. Spend 45 minutes to an hour just looking far away and focusing on distant objects. This could help take the stress off of the eyes and give them some relief.
