I normally have cupping (hijama) treatment on my back but now its time for my head as sometimes i do get headaches/migraines in a while.
In today's world there are many places now you can have cupping done and its backed with solid historian proof that getting cupping done helps with reliving pain and many more benefits.
A normal session of cupping may cost in between £25-£30

So even though ive been told my blood circulation is good on the head and there was hardly any toxins or bad blood, then i guess its to do with my neck ligaments which ive been having a problem with, in which i will check upon and some how get it treated.
