This program aims to help people understand how diabetes can affect your body. This information is suitable for people living with type 1 and type 2 diabetes.

The program will cover:

- how diabetes complications occur

- the types of complications that may occur, and

- how to prevent or delay the onset of the complications.

This program should not replace any recommendations provided by your diabetes team. This program will take approximately 10 minutes to complete and consists of a video, some written information and links to more resources.
