The big horn like marks on my head are from the first round of hijama from a different person (check out my 'round one' video).
this was done by a sister, and you can instantly see the difference in technique. this was not painful at all.
I was expecting a lot of just blood to come out but a lot of gas and water came out! this is due to years of prescription medication for migraines.
ALSO
The dry cupping (glass cups) towards the middle of the video are to aid my kidneys- I have had issues for about the same amount of time as my migraines (16 years). This is not needed if you are just wanting migraine relief.
