If you have celiac disease you may want to know that the Paleo Diet is perfectly suited for eating gluten free. Diana Rodgers, Nutritional Therapist, has the celiac disease herself and after two weeks on the Paleo Diet said she felt great.
Diana Rodgers runs Clark Farm in Carlisle, MA where she runs a CSA, raise livestock and educate kids and adults about sustainable agriculture. She spent several years in marketing for natural foods companies and five years at Whole Foods Market before joining my husband at Green Meadows Farm.
