Parkinson's Disease:
Parkinson’s disease is a degenerative disease which affects the nervous system. It occurs due to lack of a compound called dopamine in the brain, the scarcity of which hampers the transmission of messages from one nerve cell to another.

• Depression
• Tremors of the hands, legs, arms & face
• Muscle rigidity
• Stiffness of the arms, legs & trunk
• Poor balance and coordination
• Changes in speech and gait
• Constipation

Food groups to consume in parkinson's disease:
1. Omega 3: Helps dealing with depression & alleviates mood
Foods to consume: Tuna, salmon & mackerel, flaxseeds and walnuts
2. Fiber: Aids in reducing constipation
Foods to consume: Mango, pineapple, pars, figs, grapes, carrots, beetroot, cabbage, capsicum, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, oats, sorghum, finger millet, quinoa, pearl millet and brown rice
3. Phenylalanine amino acid: Helps in the production of
