Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV), is it all hype or can it really help you be healthier? This video explores this very important question. Can ACV lower blood sugar, blood pressure and fat in your liver? Is ACV a miracle substance that cures many things, or is it all hype?
ACV does have some benefits, and I discuss them in this video. ACV has little research to support its use, but there is some. Much more research needs to be done on ACV, but since there is probably no billion-dollar pill that will come from this research, we probably shouldn't hold our breath...
