Lemon juice and Ghee butter

This mix recipe is specially made to reduce the risk of heart attacks because of its ability to clean the arteries and open the clogged vessels.

The ingredients include:

- Lemon juice: use 1/2 or 1/4 table spoon of lemon juice. Lemon juice is rich in antioxidants and vitamin C. It helps also reduce cholesterol.

- Clarified butter (Ghee butter): use 1 table spoon of Ghee butter. It is a source of good fat and it is anti-inflammatory.

Mix them all together and drink them in the morning on an empty stomach.

You will need to wait for 20 minutes before eating or drinking anything after.
