Cashew nuts and milk

Cashews contains a variety of vitamins and minerals that can help boost mood. Cashews also contain tryptophan, the amino acid which allows the body to make serotonin, a neurotransmitter that helps improve mood.

This potent mixture is loaded with vitamins and minerals that fight depression.

Ingredients:

- Cashew nuts

- One glass of warm milk

How to make it:

Grind some cashew nuts into a powder.  Take 1 tsp of cashew nut powder and add it to one cup of warm milk. Mix it well.

Instructions:

Drink this mixture every day to treat symptoms of depression.
