Which essential oil is best for sleep?

There are so many possible answers to this question! A lot of essential oils can help us get a good night’s rest.

For this video, I decided to focus on Frankincense essential oil, plus one of its “friends” in the essential oil world who shares its talents.

A few reasons that Frankincense essential oil is best for sleep are that it helps calm overthinking, soothe tension from tight muscles, and inspire the feeling that “all is well.” There is a good reason that Frankincense has been used for practices like meditation for most of history!

In this video I am using Castile soap, and sometimes using Castile soap with salts can harden the salt. If you want to leave the soap out of the bath salt, you can use a carrier oil like jojoba instead. It works great!
