Help Lose Weight To Get Your Six Pack Abs: http://go2.sixpackshortcuts.com/SH3Xh

Growing up, I have always had to improvise and come up with my own way of doing things. It wasn't by choice - you see, I didn't have much growing up. As I've gotten older, I've become a big advocate of the more I can get out of less, the better.

So today, SixPackAbs.com crew, it's Thomas Delauer here with a fast morning drink recipe to help get more out of your diet. It's only 5 ingredients (including water) so let me break it down for you.

Ingredients:

#1 - 10-12 ounces of Water

#2 - 0:36 - 2 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar: The benefit of acetic acid is what we're looking to benefit from here. This will help temporarily adjust the body's pH balance that will in turn help to synthesize more protein.

Remember - it's not about how much you consume, but it's how much you absorb.

#3 - 1:25 - 1/4 teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper: This will help to stimulate your metabolism for approximately 45 minutes. It also contains capsaicin that helps to increase Substance P that helps with joint pain.

#4 - 2:33 - 1/2 of a Lemon - juiced: The main purpose of this ingredient is to help flush out uric acid in the body. Uric acid builds up in your joints and is a cause of you feeling stiff.

You will also benefit from the cascading effect on cytokines within the body that can trigger inflammation.

#5 - 3:19 - 1/4 teaspoon of Himalayan Pink Salt: This will help with your muscle pump while training.

There you have it, guys. Implement this drink in your mornings to make the most of what you're taking in with your nutrition. If you can get your body tuned to synthesizing more protein, ridding toxins, and in a better pH balance, you are setting yourself up for success to getting into the shape you are working hard to get in.
