" Using Aloe Vera for Acidity Reflux Disease.

Refreshing Aloe Vera Drink.
You just blend the Aloe gel (3 teaspoons) well using the juice of the lemon, 8 oz of coconut water, stevia, and a few ice.
Drink this Aloe Vera smoothie regularly to get a respite from acidity reflux.

Aloe Vera, Pears, Yogurt, and Ginger.
To begin with, you peel the outer skin of two pears after cut them into pieces.
Now, you place the Aloe gel (two teaspoons), Brown sugar (two teaspoons), yogurt (1 cup), Ginger (1/2 teaspoon), and ice cube (just one cup) within the blender.
You blend them correctly until they be a smoothie.
Consume this Aloe Vera smoothie regularly to help keep acidity reflux away.

Aloe Vera with Pomegranate and Fresh Lemon Juice.
Blend 1 teaspoon of Aloe gel, 1 cup of pomegranate, juice from 1 whole lemon and a pair of teaspoons of raw sugar.
Drink this to get respite from acidity reflux.

Aloe Vera with ACV.
Combine 1 teaspoon of aloe juice or gel and a pair of teaspoons organic ACV and 1/2 a teaspoon of manuka honey.
Stir rid of it and consume this drink having a straw to avoid harm to one's teeth.

Peel and dice 2 pears. Increase a blender with two teaspoons of Aloe gel or juice, two teaspoons of Brown sugar, 1 cup of yogurt, 1/2 teaspoon of Ginger and a glass of ice.
