But it also contains a fatty acid called “lauric acid”, which will make the coconut oil be absorbed into the body fast and it will create energy.

Since one of the major symptoms in the case of those with Fibromyalgia is precisely feeling fatigue, such a source of energy can be a great addition to one’s diet.
