a cheap drink i've been using morning and evening, with good results in my fibromyalgia RSI and skin ( along with other things covered in other videos) and theory on how it might be a connective tissue disorder/malnutrition, 

as always, follow these at your own risk, fda has not approved these statements and only reflects what i've tried that has positive results 

3 tbsp gelatin collagen powder, preferably grass fed
1 tbsp msm powder
1 tsp of vitamin c/ ascorbic acid
1 tsp magnesium citrate calm brand
1/2 tsp of base powder ( equal parts baking soda and potassium bicarbonate) .. to help keep body ph correct at 7, and electrolytes intact, you'll need to measure body ph ( urine+ test strips)

depending on mood, I sometimes add b12 energy mix, mct oil, mushrooms powder ( lions mane)
dsmo is also good but is rather horrible tasting so prefer to mix that with a b12 packet separately and gulp, this is actually decent tasting and relaxing.
